TubeOrigin, its logos, and related brand elements can be protected by trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The presence of a person’s name, image, trademark, or other material on TubeOrigin does not mean that the person or organization endorses TubeOrigin.
The Website also contains material that we own or license. This can include software, designs, graphics, text, interfaces, logos, and other material.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We retain all rights that we do not expressly grant to you.

This license also allows us to format or adapt User Content when required for technical operation of the Website.
Where permitted by law, this license continues for as long as needed to provide the Website and meet our legal obligations.
When you delete User Content, copies can remain for a reasonable period in backups, archives, security systems, legal records, or other systems where immediate deletion is not technically practical or legally required.

Your dealings with advertisers, sponsors, payment providers, or other third parties are between you and that third party.
Their terms and privacy policies can apply.
To the extent permitted by law, TubeOrigin is not responsible for losses caused by your independent use of third-party websites or services.
