Problems signing in, account settings, playback faults, or anything on the site that is not working as expected.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately and change your password.

• your browser and device
• a screenshot, if the problem is visual

Copyright notices

If you believe content on TubeOrigin infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address above with the subject line below.

We can terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

Please include:

• identification of the copyrighted work
• the URL of the specific content you are reporting
• your contact details
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate
• your physical or electronic signature

Content removal requests

If you appear in content on TubeOrigin and want it removed, or you believe content was uploaded without the consent of everyone shown, tell us and we will review it.

Reports of content involving anyone below the applicable legal age are treated as urgent and acted on immediately.

Please include:

• the URL of the specific content
• your relationship to the content
• the reason for the request

Age and record-keeping enquiries

Enquiries relating to age verification or record-keeping obligations, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable.

Trademark complaints

We do not normally decide private trademark disputes and encourage the parties to resolve them directly where possible.

If direct resolution is not possible, send us a clear and properly supported claim.
